Telepathy via smoke (60ft) Smoke Body. Sako can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch without squeezing. Opportunity attacks against her are made with disadvantage. Hidden Through Haze. While in smoke or dim light, Sako is heavily obscured but can see normally.
Actions
Multiattack. Sako makes 2 Hair Lash attacks and 1 Smoke Bolt. Hair Lash (melee reach 15 ft.) +8 to hit, 2d8 + 4 slashing damage. On hit: target must succeed DC 16 Str save or be grappled (escape DC 16) by razor hair. Sako may grapple up to 2 creatures. Smoke Bolt (ranged spell attack 90 ft.) +8 to hit, 2d10 necrotic damage. Hit creatures make DC 15 Con save or are Blinded until end of next turn. Smoke Wave (Recharge 5–6). A rolling surge of dark smoke erupts 30-ft cone. Dex save DC 16 or take 4d8 necrotic and be pushed 15 ft. On success, half damage, no push.
Bonus Actions
Enenra Summon (Recharge 4–6). Summon 1 Enenra Minion within 30 ft. Smoke Step. Teleport between two spaces connected by smoke within 60 ft.
Reactions
Hair Shield. Gain +4 AC against one attack. Punishing Grapple. If a creature escapes her hair grapple, she deals 2d8 slashing.
Legendary Actions
2 points to use per round Hair Snap. 1 attack with Hair Lash. Smoke Spread. Expand smoke 10 ft in an area. Choking Veil (Costs 2). One target within smoke makes DC 15 Con save or takes 2d6 necrotic and has disadvantage on attacks until end of next turn.
Lair Actions
Sliding Door Warp. A creature of Hina’s choice must succeed DC 15 Wis save or is teleported into a different part of the room (reposition 30 ft). Tatami Pitfall. A 10-ft square tatami drops open—Dex save DC 15 or fall 20 ft and be restrained under floor until escaping (Str DC 15). Costs action to escape. Looping Hall. A 20-ft area becomes a looping illusion—creatures inside cannot leave the area until they pass a DC 15 Int save or use an action to break the illusion.
Hina's endless rooms are a modular labyrinth of looping illusionary hallways, trapdoor tatami mats, and sliding doors leading to pocket dimensions where she can store anything she wants. Hina quite literally controls the battlefield.
