Brutal Physique. The bouncer counts as one size larger for the purpose of grappling and shoving. He has advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks made to grapple a creature he is already holding. Lieutenant's Glare (1/rest). As a bonus action, the bouncer fixates on a creature within 30 ft. That creature must make a DC 11 Wisdom save or become Frightened of him until the end of its next turn. Thick-Skinned. He has resistance to bludgeoning damage from non-magical, improvised weapons (bar stools, bottles, fists, etc.).
Actions
Odachi Slash. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6+3) slashing damage. If the bouncer has no other creatures within 5 ft. of him besides the target, he deals an extra +3 damage (the odachi needs space to swing). Heavy Haymaker. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8+3) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength save or be pushed 5 ft. Grapple & Slam. The bouncer makes a grapple attempt. If the grapple succeeds, he may immediately use a bonus action to Slam the creature: Hit: 6 (1d6+3) bludgeoning damage, and the target is knocked prone.
Reactions
Bodyguard Interpose. When a creature within 5 ft. is hit by an attack, the bouncer can interpose himself, switching places with the creature and becoming the target instead.
