  You summon the full force of the moon’s light to crash down upon a point within range. Each creature in a 40-foot-radius, 60-foot-high cylinder must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 12d10 radiant damage and is paralyzed for 1 minute as it becomes overwhelmed by the moon’s force. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and is not paralyzed. A paralyzed creature can make another Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
