Each creature within the circle must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 5d8 fire damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. The flames linger for 1 round, providing bright light and possibly charming any creature that fails a Wisdom save at the end of their next turn, as they become mesmerized by the dancing lights.
