Eternal Radiant Heaven

Eternal Radiant Heaven

The Eternal Radiant Heaven is a Domain of holy ascension. The battlefield dissolves into golden clouds and shimmering light, where celestial choirs sing and divine will manifests as pure radiance. Enemies are blinded and judged, while allies fight as though bolstered by gods themselves. To step into this Domain is to kneel beneath the judgment of heaven.

Mandate of Radiance

At 3rd level, your strikes blaze with the light of heaven.   When you use your Domain Strike, the attack deals radiant damage, and the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of your next turn.   In addition, when you use your Manifest Domain, it takes the form of the Radiant Heaven, a battlefield of endless golden sky and shining torii gates. While your Manifest Domain is active:
  • Enemies that start their turn within 20 feet of you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or deal only half damage with their first weapon attack that turn.
  • You and your allies inside the Domain shed bright light in a 10-foot radius.
  • You and your allies within the Domain gain resistance to radiant damage.
  •

    Celestial Aegis

At 7th level, your aura shines as a shield of divine authority.   While your Aura of Territory is active, allies within it have advantage on saving throws against being frightened or charmed.   In addition, when an ally within your Aura is hit by a melee attack, you can cause radiant bells to toll. The attacker takes radiant damage equal to your proficiency bonus.

    Judgment of Heaven

At 15th level, your Domain answers sin with holy retribution.   When a creature within your Domain deals damage to you or an ally, you can use your reaction to call down heavenly judgment. The attacker must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or take radiant damage equal to two rolls of your Domain Strike die and be blinded until the end of its next turn.   You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

    World-Exalting Paradise

At 20th level, you reveal your true Domain: a radiant paradise where divine order reigns absolute.   When you use your Exalted Domain, it expands into the World-Exalting Paradise, a 60-foot radius of shining torii gates, golden lotus clouds, and radiant choirs. The area is brightly lit and oppressive with divine presence. While this Domain is active, you and your allies inside are immune to radiant damage, and your weapon attacks deal an additional 1d8 radiant damage.   At initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), choose two of the following effects:
  • Blinding Chorus. Each enemy of your choice in the Domain must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 radiant damage and be blinded until the start of your next turn.
  • Heavenly Ward. Choose up to three allies in the Domain. Each gains temporary hit points equal to 2d8 + your Charisma modifier.
  • Pillar of Light. Choose one creature in the Domain. A beam of radiance engulfs it; the creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 radiant damage and be restrained in place by golden chains of light until the next initiative count 20.
