Blossoming Lotus Sanctuary

Blossoming Lotus Sanctuary

The Blossoming Lotus Sanctuary is a Domain of peace imposed by force. Petals fall in slow motion, roots entangle the wicked, and radiant light restores the worthy. Enemies find their strength dulled, while allies breathe in serenity and resolve. To step into this Domain is to be judged by the very stillness of nature itself.

Petal Mandate

At 3rd level, your strikes blossom with radiant judgment.   When you use your Domain Strike, the attack deals radiant damage, and one ally of your choice within 10 feet of the target regains hit points equal to your Charisma modifier.   In addition, when you use your Manifest Domain, it takes the form of the Blossoming Lotus Sanctuary, a tranquil grove of radiant blossoms. While your Manifest Domain is active:
  • Enemies that start their turn within 20 feet of you have disadvantage on the first attack roll they make that turn.
  • You and your allies regain hit points equal to your Charisma modifier at the start of each of your turns while within the Domain.
  • You and your allies within the Domain gain resistance to necrotic damage.
  • Roots of Stillness

At 7th level, the serenity of your Domain becomes a binding force.   While your Aura of Territory is active, any enemy that ends its turn within the aura must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained until the start of its next turn, as spectral roots entwine around them.   In addition, whenever you or an ally within the aura regains hit points, they gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus.

    Garden of Reflection

At 15th level, your Domain punishes aggression with mirrored pain.   When a creature within your Domain deals damage to you or an ally, you can use your reaction to unleash radiant blossoms. The attacker must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take radiant damage equal to two rolls of your Domain Strike die.   You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

    World-Blooming Nirvana

At 20th level, you unveil your true Domain: a paradise of eternal blossoms where suffering fades and peace reigns.   When you use your Exalted Domain, it expands into the World-Blooming Nirvana, a 60-foot radius of radiant lotus groves and blinding serenity. Enemies who start their turn in the area must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by you until the start of their next turn. While this Domain is active, you and your allies inside are immune to being frightened or charmed, and your weapon attacks deal an additional 1d8 radiant damage.   At initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), choose two of the following effects:
  • Radiant Bloom. Choose up to three allies in the Domain. Each regains hit points equal to 2d8 + your Charisma modifier.
  • Binding Roots. Choose a 20-foot radius area. Enemies of your choice in that area must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained until the next initiative count 20.
  • Lotus Judgment. Radiant blossoms flare with searing light. Each enemy of your choice in the Domain must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 radiant damage.
