Nobility

The Nobility/ruling class of Kelidonia is a feudalistic/manorialism structure, the lower class of noble owing fealty to the higher class of Nobility. Noble titles are passed by primogeniture, meaning the eldest child is in line to inherit the title, unless of course another heir is named, for whatever reason.   The monarch, the title being Cyneg for all genders, is highest power in the country, and is currently Amena Talis and Lanson Skargyll jointly.   Each county is under 'jurisdiction' of a noble family, Higher Nobles, as is the island of Culmeneth. Each county is divided into smaller areas (Fifdalen) and over seen by Lower Noble families. These Lower Noble families owe fealty and allegiance to the Higher Noble that control the county they are a part of. There are to provide armed fighters in times of war, and levy taxes from the populace in accordance with National and County Decree.   Below is a list of the Noble families and their associated seats   Conarchsley
Royal Talis - Talisborough
Amena Talis (b. 28/12/440UC) and Lanson Skargyll (b. 14/07/452) are the current incumbents of this seat, since taking the throne in 473UC following the War of Succession.
