Mama Yakoba

A wicked hag that lives within Carcaraxass' Swamp. She is older than even Carcaraxass and although she serves under the dragon her wickedness inspires even the dragon. She works to see that neighbor becomes enemy and child adversary. She wishes to see the light of humanity dwindle and then watch her master swoop in to extinguish it.
