Wakusei
Wakusei is the planet where this world is placed. It has a peculiar disposition. The rotational axis is horizontal, and it’s always pointing at Moshi, the central star of the system. Therefore, there is one really hot part at temperatures of nearly 600 degrees Celsius and one really cold part that reaches negative 100 degrees Celsius. Luckily, the axis is rotating. This movement creates a region between this parts that has a day and a night and is inhabitable. This part is called Kayūchi.
The planet is ringed. Its rings cast a shadow that covers part of Kayūchi and makes it hard to separate day and night. It also has two small moons that can often be seen in the sky.
