In 3911 AW (480 SR), during the reign of Radiant Mítis Pázotho--the founder and first Radiant of House Pázotho--the Enémi of Umbar (also known as the Great Library of Umbar) was constructed in Outer Umbar, connecting to Radiant Mítis' family estate. The Mouseion was founded to manage the library and its archives, with the Patriarch of House Pázotho in charge of its operations.
