Grand Cathedral
The Grand Cathedral of Umbar is a large basilica located in the Religious District of Central Umbar.
Construction of the basilica began in 3866 AW during the reign of Radiant Thémis Vátrodotho and papacy of Pythia Melína, and was completed in 3877 AW, five years after the death of Radiant Thémis death and the start of Radiant Mítis Pázotho's reign. Since its completion, the Grand Cathedral has served as the administrative center for the Religious District and as the headquarters for the Church of Light, containing the primary meeting place for the Church's Sacred Council. Additionally, the Cathedral's upper levels are used as the residence for the Church of Light's Pythia.
