Metiers

The Metiers are some of the tallest amongst Vaulter kind, which to be fair is still smaller than most humanoids. Most of the Metiers rarely leave the Cracked Vault, deep beneath the surface of the Maw. Metiers often keep their hair shorter than most Vaulters, as most men barely let their hair get beyond a buzz, and Women rarely let their hair down past their shoulders, with anything longer being seen as decadence and excess amongst their kind. Most of their kind are incredibly pale, and have colorations of their hair and eyes often close to the metals so abundant in the Maw. They also have some of the largest markings of Vault kind, with markings in Steely Silver and Gold along their backs, starting at the nape of the Neck, all the way to their ankles, and spreading out to the elbows.
