Zinsteria
Zinsteria
In recent history, no peoples were more feared than the unstoppable Zinsterians. Upon their giant Rhinos they trampled their way across the world, conquering any who stood before them. Under a great and terrible leader named Zinsteris, this military powerhouse looked to take the world by iron fist, that is until they suddenly stopped their rampage in 487 and settled with the massive amount of land and influence they owned at the time. Few know what made Zinsteris decide to halt his forces, but the nation still produces the finest warriors in the land. The capital is now a friendly place to visit, trade, and perhaps even learn something new. Yet the world still waits and wonders, anxious of the giant rhinos making their way over the horizon again. On that day, will anyone stand a chance against an indestructible army, or will Zinsteria finally claim the world as they nearly did just a few years ago?

History
Zinsteris was a druid from Taiko Village who cared for the giant rhinos in the grasslands to the west (what is now Zinsteria). Being so far out from the swamp, and being able to produce his own food and water, Zinsteris began settling the area. His proximity to Taiko and access to fertile land for farming made for a very attractive new location to build a life in. As more travelers planted their roots with Zinsteris, His natural druidic wisdom made him an excellent leader. When he announced himself as "the first king of the greatest kingdom on Kalimba" no one argued. As the village grew into a town, and that town grew into a small city, Zinsteris grew ambitious. He wanted more peoples under his authority, and he knew how to guarantee it. He began militarizing the giant rhinos he was meant to care for. Their hides were ridiculously thick, near impenetrable by mundane means. Zinsteris built an army on the backs of these rhinos, and anyone who didn't surrender and join his kingdom would be left flattened.
After just a few years of campaigning, Zinsteria was abruptly halted by the small Kingdom of Alatai. The battle caused enough loss that Zinsteria had to withdraw and rebuild its forces. During this time however, The Wise Men of Taiko learned about Zinsteris' actions. They excommunicated him for going directly against his duties, stripping him of his status as a Taiko druid. The now endangered giant rhinos were lead closer to Tremolo Swamp in order to raise the population back to safe levels. Zinsteria's military was now all but dismantled. King Zinsteris retreated from his militaristic pursuits in order to address the multitude of subjects he now ruled, establishing the kingdom as it is today.
