Culture of fear, love, and loyalty.   Fear of Dafase. Fear of reprisal. Fear of other SHavedosawkä.

The maintenance of the rule, peace, and beauty of Kakelel against all enemies. The eventual unity of all Kakelel into one.

The SHavedosawkä grew up with Muthaka, and when she grew up in Buboshuveshash, so did they.
Muthaka herself is the very root of it, as she had an instinctive understanding of Kakelel within each individual, and exploited it to ruthless effect.

Those whom she killed, she desecrated.   The SHavedosawkä was dedicated to her vision of beauty, of peace, of unity, of brotherhood.
The SHavedosawkä would be used to bring about her beautiful peace.
The SHavedosawkä were the means to maintain her beautiful peace.   The SHavedosawkä controlled Buboshuveshash.
Before she reached puberty, all Buboshuveshash stood at her beck and call.
