Composition
Manpower
Roughly 9000 full fledged sailors and officers comprise the Erazytzual Fleet, with 2300 recruits and support staff.
Equipment
Bosun:
The senior deckhand is granted the title of Bosun with this they get more provisions than their junior sailors.
Some extras would be:
Captain: The captain of a ship was given the most luxuries and leeway with the equipment that they are provided and can take on a voyage. Some captains brought a small armory with them while others brought all the comfort they could ask for.
Cook: Though the layout and basic equipment of the galley on a ship were almost universal, cooks were able to provide their own tools to suit their cooking style. Cooks were able to source their own ingredients or take the standard provisions.
First-Mate: As the second in command the first-mate enjoys almost the same level of luxury that the captain has. Most have custom arms and armor along with a finer uniform.
Magus: Depending on where they get their magic or what ever school of magic they practice will change materials they are provided at port to wield and protect.
Sailor: Each individual sailor has a set of equipment they were provided once they became a full sailor, though individuals are allowed to provide their own equipment except for their uniform and personal rations over the amount required. Those that are able to use magic are given the proper materials and are put under the guidance of the ships Magus. These items include:
Siege Engineer: The engineers are provided with all the tools they need to fix anything from a ballistae to a pulley, as well as their blueprints.
Surgeon: One of the few people most of the crew could rely on for injuries the surgeon was given the best medical supplies the fleet could provide. Most took their own tools with them and would find an assistant from amongst the crew.
Quartermaster: Working as the navigator of the ship and was given a set of navigation tools and nautical charts. were given more than the standard sailor such as nicer bedding, more food, and finer crafted arms and armor.

Weaponry
Each sailor was taught how to use martial weaponry and some were taught how to properly use bows and crossbows. The most common weapons would be the short sword and spear, yet some do have tridents. The most rare weapons are guns that are still being tested in the field with each boat holding no more than 10. Any sailor that requires common material components are given them as needed.
Ships were equipped with at least 1 small swiveling ballista on the deck with anywhere from 12 cannons on the smaller ships to large galleons were equipped with up to 87 cannons each (36 on each side, 3 hydra cannons, and 4 swivel cannons). Most held some form of siege machinery in the hull, but these are rarely deployed any more.

Vehicles
Brig:
The smallest of all the ships in the flee these were used for scouting, training recruits, and transportation between larger ships. These ships were the most common and where most captains started off their carriers. There were nearly 100 of these ships that only require 7 to 16 people to sail.
Fluyt: The predecessor of the Galleon that is slowly being replaced in the fleet but there are still 4 in active duty. Like the Galleon each ship requires around 200 - 400 men to man it.
Frigate: There are 3 classes of Frigate including the light, heavy, and super heavy frigates. Each has its own role in the fleet but the super heavy was used least as they could build a galleon instead. The light frigate was actually the most common of the frigates as they would act as the lead ships for a battalion of sloops and brigs. In total there are 12 light frigates that need 100 - 150 men, 7 heavy frigates that need 120 - 200 men, and 3 super heavy frigates that need 200 - 300 men in total.
Galleon: Used as the main warships of the Erazytzual Fleet. Reported to have around 16, each requiring 200 - 400 to man each ship.
Sloop: Sloops came in two moddles the traditional sloop and then a heavily armed version called a sloop of war. The sloop of war was similar to a light frigate but were slightly faster and not as heavily armed. There are around 20 of each type with the traditional sloop needing 75 men and sloop of wars requiring 100.

Structure
Fleet Admiral --> Admiral --> Vice-admiral -->Captain --> First-Mate --> Quartermaster --> Magus --> Surgeon --> Bosun--> Cook --> Siege Engineer --> Sailor --> Recruit
When it comes to ships generally those at the helm of a larger ship will have seniority and therefor command in a situation. There are some instances where senior captains or even Vice-admirals command sloops of war, and there was once a Admiral that was adamant about commanding a Brig of handpicked sailors.
The Chiefs Council is the only power that is greater than that of the Fleet Admiral and the council are the only ones who officially deploy the Erazytzual Fleet to war, it is the Fleet Admiral who commands the fleet afterwards. The current Fleet Admiral is Dorgana and she is the 14th Fleet Admiral in the Age of Unification.

Tactics
Often the Erazytzual Fleet will send Brigs out to lure the enemy towards a larger ship simply by out speeding them. Other times they will use magic to a magical for or storm to mask the true number of ships they brought into a battle. Though sometimes they will lead larger ships towards shallow waters forcing them to fight with no maneuverability.
Training
Normally young men and women go through a two year process to just become a recruit. They have to pass basic physical tests and those that have specialties such as navigation, magic, or engineering will train even longer. Once they graduate their academy they will move to being a recruit where they will then more than likely serve on a Brig to learn and develop the skills needed to work in the Erazytzual Fleet.
Logistics
Auxilia
Engineering Department, Headed by Vice-Admiral Hephaestus Pulley: Those that wish to put their minds to work for the Erazytzual Fleet are sent to the engineering department. Form designing and building ships to researching lighter alloys the engineering department is one of the best in the Broken Sea. Though most in this department aren't sent to on voyage the siege engineers are frequently sent on ships for maintenance and assisting the Bosun.
Medical Department, Headed by Admiral & High Priestess of Argona Bliss Flool: One of the larger departments as providing medical and spiritual assistance across the fleet and the isles. All the surgeons are trained by this department but not all are part of the church.
Security Department, Headed by Vice-Admiral Wes-tus Urmong: Patrolling and protecting the docks and ports controlled by the Erazytzual Fleet is vital to keep assets safe. While its the the most glamorous and fulfilling jobs, it is a very important job.
Supply Department, Headed by Vice-Admiral Belki Lendoris: Feeding and supplying thousands of people is one of the most vital jobs in the Erazytzual Fleet. Many in this department have set foot on every ship and port the fleet has.
