The Province of Uhalkeg
The oldest and most resilient of the provinces, Uhalkeg has faced great threats and survived them all. This is the main tenet of Uhalkeg, perseverance in the face of all who would stand against them. To be a perfect wall against those who would attack. This has proved quite the fortunate trait considering that they are in the middle of the Dominion and therefore surrounded by people who would attack them. Should it be from the sea, by other orcs, or from the occasional giants, Uhalkeg keeps what's theirs.
It is however not perfect. Uhalkeg is also known to be incredibly stubborn, untrusting, and unwelcome to change of any kind, no matter how small. They are also known to be slightly paranoid, quickly isolating themselves when anything they perceive to be a threat appears, making it extremely hard to deal with them as an outsider.
This all combined has made them very against the idea of Roz leaving the dominion. Though they likely won't take hostile action to prevent it, unlike some of their peers, they will very likely still try to stop the effort through other means.
Structure
The Stoneface Line rules Uhalkeg and has several different lesser Lines under them overseeing smaller parts of the province. The amount of power these lesser Lines have wary depending on the loyalty and recent accomplishments of the Lines.

The core belief of Uhalkeg is that all things can be overcome with enough will and resilience.

History
The short version of Uhalkegs history is that they have stood against every attack against them ever since the first Stoneface rose up to take charge. The supposedly invulnerable orc stood on the front lines against every invasion performing awe-inspiring feats of strength such as breaking a mountain in half by head butting it.
Demography and Population
Uhalkeg is nearly all orcs, with the largest amount living to the west.
Military
The military of Uhalkeg is drawn from the Lesser Lines who give warriors to aid the Stoneface Line. These naturally have a large bent towards defensive battle formations.
Religion
Religion in Uhalkeg is something best kept to oneself as it is seen as suspicious if you are openly drawing the attention of Gods.
Foreign Relations
Uhalkegs foreign relations are special in the way that they barely exist. Given their paranoia of being invaded, they try to have as little contact with others as possible, instead sitting silently, minding their own business.
