Voxham
The capital of Cathudal is called Voxham or the Bronze City is not only the capital of the northern country, but also is unofficially the capital of Otora. Voxham is where all of the continent's regional conferences are held and legislation is proposed and passed. It is also the convergence place between the gods and mortals outside of temples, The Keep, and each gods' respective domains. This convergence point is known as the Dawngate, a golden plaza permanently under the effects of the Gate spell to Mount Celestia.
