Magistrate of the Realm

The Magistrate of the Realm is the highest justice of Ja'aruka's ruling body.  The holder is in charge of making sure that all judiciaries within the kingdom are following the laws as stated.  They listen to high crimes and serve justice for these crimes. The office is based in the city of Ja'aruka itself but every county administrative building has a room available should the holder choose to travel around the realm.    This office is appointed by the council of three once every eight years.  The King holds the authority to remove any person from office at any time but does not have the authority to appoint his or her own Magistrate of the Realm. After eight years of service the council of three and the monarch convene to either replace or extend the office.  There are no term limits for the Magistrate of the realm.
