Tinalea
Tinalea was created in the year -13 as an elvish research enclave on Ixar. It is located on the north-western coast of Agetia where it connects to Glimmerforge continent. These are lands with temperate climate and mana zones that support workings of fire, air, and weather magic.
Tinalea is a dictatorship supported by an oligarchy class comprised of a few ancient bloodlines - truly ancient taking into account the logevity of the elves.
Economy is planned with the productive assets belonging to the Enclave. This has achieved a near-post-scarcity state where the basic needs of survival are satisfied for almost all the citizen. People perform the work they enjoy or ordered to do by the Enclave.
Culture
Tinalea elves have extreme uncertainity avoidance and strive to create rules for every situation. They are also a very collectivistic culture and each sees themselve as a part of the group. Due to their longevity they tend to plan for the future as opposed to immediacy. They respect the hierarchy and power structure, value cooperation and exploration of new things.
