Keltas
Keltas is a country located in the North-West of Sunshadow continent.
The capital of Kel'tas is Wahyrst
Keltas is a monarchy, all power resides with a king. However, Keltas is a vassal state of Valthurian Order with obligations to pay tribute and obtain consent in all matters of foreign policy.
The state treasury owns and manages all the resources and provides for people's needs. There is a large black market and criminal economy sector catering to the needs that official government cannot or does not provide.
Culture
People of Keltas are brave and daring above all. No enterprise is too risky, no affair unspeakable. They are confident and daring to a fault, and refuse to be humbled even when they fail. A lot of challenges prove to be their match, but one by one they are overcome as more and more people try and solve them. They prize the creative thinking and new ideas. Technological inventions, complex finance, unusual and profitable magic, and daring arts are sources of pride.
Keltasians consider themselves a superior and successful nation that is ahead of others. Individually they are assertive, and it is normal and expected to put one's own interests ahead of everything else.
The power and hierarchy has to be respectedat all times. Publicly being too friendly with people of high status is completely inappropriate.
In other respects, they are quite fun loving and fairly indulgent culture.
