Ithkarsis

The inhabitants of Ithkarsis both fear and respect the Spirits - quasi-divine beings that inhabit the world and claim dominion over cultures, nature, and universal forces. Though mortals both make efforts to appease and ward off benevolent and malevolent spirits respectively through seemingly superstitious rituals, their existence is seen as an undeniable fact and an everpresent force.   The Twin Nations - the Castleton Coalition and the Kingdom of Emberkeep - will have their alliance tested as the Emberkeep throne has come under threat from a rising power that has taken one of the Kingdom's cities.
