Formation of the Country of Benara

Founding

After the Followers' War ended and Ironhead began reconstruction as a city the waring regions came together to form the Country of Benara .

The area that had gone to war over their faith had just been a conglomerate of town and villages with no real system of governance. With the founding of Ironhead as a collection of their faiths it only made sense to extend that cooperation to everyone not just those in the city.
