The war broke out between the Pure Blood obsessed Country of Krata and the city state of Atark, which is primarily populate by humanoid with some relation to their Dragon Ruler Sesitus, making them not "Pure Blooded". The war was ignited when a group of traveling Atarkins came into conflict with a Krata border Patrol.
