Vener Ven is the name Oula and Auna have given to the hypothetical ne migration settlement/city. It Translates to “slain leaders”, a toung in cheek reference to the thing to remeber from Ithica being the leaders who were killed in Great Bird, the sad loss of Chalaina, and the impeding victory with the slaying of Master Minta.
Ven in the past meant God but as the Moonfolk traveled and integrated with more and more culture and world the meaning chnage and until on ithica the term is more commonly used to mean into king or leader. Vener based on the root word ven, was originally god killed or smited as only gods had the right to take lives or order someones death. Just as Ven grew so did Vener
