The Chronicles of the Itharia: Session Six
General Summary
The party defeated the two fire elementals. Ranrus was knocked out, but the party made it through. Debate broke out between the party, oula and auna, on over whether to chase the messenger. Eventually the party chased after the messenger. The messenger identified herself as Alesha the Red, a woman who seemed to be some sort of worshiper of Ambrose. The party discussed with her Ambrose's threat and the moral problem of killing a city full of innocents, which she showed little concern for, mostly implying if they were smart they would leave. Upon implying she was stupid for trusting Ambrose she attacked the party. She wore a set of magic red armor with a tiger motif to its helmet and could summon fire elementals. As she seemed to fall her armor began to glow and she disappeared.
The party returned to Lord Varse who made clear that he had little concern over the threats but would reward the party if they dealt with "the child" for him.
He summoned a rain from the perpetual cloud around the city which conveniently helped douse some fires, but was it for the safety of his city or because Lee was leaving?
On the 14th of Dargoth the party did some more shopping in blacksmith row before returning toThe World Mirror where some of the party sensed a new and foreign divine presence. The party also bought some pieces of equipment and generally made friends with Blacktooth the owner of The Deadman’s Forge.
On their return to the World Mirror they discovered yet another wandering undead. Ranrus discovered a chest in a snow drift.
The party arrived at the Mirror on the 17th of Dargoth. The party returned their construct so that it could be used to help with the Moonfolk armor. The party introduced Ranrus to the Senior members of the Itharia who questioned him about his plane, his arrival on Ithica, and warforged. Ranrus was accepted and the party was given loose orders to investigate the undead, deal with Ambrose if possible( by killing him or by assisting him leaving the plane), and keep an eye out for more Monoedrones. They would be contacted if something more urgent came up.
