Chronicles of the Realm Walkers: Session 40

Ranrus was able to quickly identify the attackers and a pair of humanoids and a pair of mindflayers. As the fight broke out Ranrus was stunned early and almost had his brain eaten but recovered in time. Lee invisible most of the fight manage to eviserate mulitple targets with his new dagger exploding inside them. Theren Foze the last mind flayer and elf.
  Rhy descended down straight down while the others navigated the inners of the chapel. Rhy landed on top of a small four story building where she took a short rest.
  With the mindflayers and their elf allies killed the present members of the Realm Walkers pulled themselves together. The Drow worshiper of Lolth proven now to be a cleric heeled himself and identified the attacksers as two mindlfayer and presumed rebels. Lee started moving the unfrozen bodies. He found sword on the Drow and a sending stone on the Mindflayer.
  The party started to debate and theorize on the potential conspiracy over these . The cleric succumbing to the reality around him vomited. and left to informed the priestest and "war clerics" of the situtation.
  Ranrus began toinvestigate and foun a collapsed wall in one of the cells leadign to a tunnel. sadly still brudened by the aftermath of being stunned. he was not able to determine the nature of the tunnel. Theren joined him and was confident was not a man made tunnel free of major debris. After much debate over the implications of the hole and how to deal with the party closed up the hole and left a note for those who would come to investigate later and would report their findings to Queen Telanna as soon as possible. Lee use his ear cuff to send to Rhy and they decided to meet at the Queen.
  Ranrus shatter the two frozen bodies and Theren recovered two daggers from the shattered chunks. leaveing the chapel they discovered the proper entrance into the chapel and were able to orient them selves that thechapel appear more place to face the water way entrance into the city.
  Theren, Ranrus, and Lee took the long 45 minute jaunt across the city to Tideguard Castle as the climed the curved staircase up the the main entrance the three expected to see Rhy but instean found Auna. The three were confused and started ot ask questions of rather quite Auna. She seemed to be a bit suspicious. Lee tried to cast message to Auna and and the spell failed. Rhy revealed her self after a quick accusation, revealing her nowly developed skill. The party went to the small door set inside of the large end doors the castle's front. theren tried to push it open which faile and Rhy knocked. Theren and Rhy were placed temporarily inside a circle of truth and theren described the situation and their beliefe the guard was waisting their time. the cirlce was dropped and the Realm walkers were allowed in. Arlon Dawn and the Queen met them at the throne. They also discussed the diamonds and wether or not they were on loan. Which led to the unfourtunate discovery that they were technically expect to return the diamonds thought the queen did not expect tRhy to run in to the Priestess. The party gave the queen an update on their questing and recent days and what had happened at the chapel. Arlon and his party were quickly collected and headed to the chapel. The queen also sent for ysir's party, who she had retained for assiting in such matters. The Queen presented the party with their rewards. She gave them three rewards: the winter card, a moons tear, and a home in Kemmera. The home would be altered to their needs. The main thing of which the party notted need was a teleportation circle. additionally she gave them each 50000 GP contained within magic pouch that could hold only coins. The party prepared for downtime.
