Chronicles of the Realm Walkers: Session 13

The party headed for The Tiddle House where they decided to recon the The Reaper Hall. Lee and Theren headed out and survey the Reaper hall from a safe distance. They backed off from the entrance and Lee scaled one the various ledges leading towards the entrance and discovered individuals hiding in the shadows. Theren followed and despite Lee pointing them out, they were unable to see them.   Theren then went into the ethereal plane and searched the hall. They found a statue of the the "Bladed One" , found a note in primordial mentioning the infection of Dr. Holton and the shut down of an excavation. They found a Dragonborn with a lance in the large main room and a sleeping Fire Genasi in a bedroom with four large fires roaring. They also found a vault with burning incense that seemed to be able to effect them even on the ethereal plane. Theren found a secret entrance or exit in the form of a crawl space tunnel above the main room which led out to the ledges Theren and lee had been on. As they emerged through the door on the ethereal plane they saw one of the guards they couldn't see before. Theren rejoined Lee on the material plane and the two headed back to rejoin the others.   On their way they took a passing glance at the gardens/park and saw a individual dressed in black sitting on bench with a open parasol in the dead of night. The two approached and the figure acknowledged them. They were an androgynous individual wearing a black double breasted jacket and a long black Victorian style skirt. They spoke with a deep but feminine voices. They had pale white skin, short blonde hair, striking green eyes, and pointed features. They introduced themselves as Master Elsa Dravanar. They were from Sumara, the second largest city in Iter. They invited Theren and Lee, who looked like the adventuring type, to stop in if they were in need of work. After a brief discussion about being in the park so late and why they were in the city, Lee and Theren left Elsa.   Back at Tiddle House the party shared info, and Rhy told the party that Dr. Holton was the name of the head of Archeology at the Academy of Sunrise Hill. They also planned how they would approach Visser and the Reaper Hall the following day, landing on a plan of having the local vagrant population keep an eye out and Theren would follow them in to the Reaper on the ethereal plane to spy.   In the morning Rhy went to commission a dress for Lord Varse's inevitable Gala. The seamstress was very excited to design around showing off Rhy's Aasimar scar. Lee went to make contact with the Eyes of the City. He managed to convince a member that he was looking for one of the Werewolves with Visser, because they were a dead beat boyfriend who had gotten his sister pregnant. The two had a energized discussion about sisters making poor choices in men and the complicated nature of birthing a Werechild and needing to know what to expect. With the Eyes out, the party went to the park near the Reaper Hall, staying at the same bench they had met Elsa at the night before. A few hours later a halfling pretending to be a child approached and informed Lee "the dead beat had arrived" which prompted Lee to let his sister know she was pregnant. Not long after Visser, a gnome dressed in dark purple, flanked by three large hooded figures approached and entered the Reaper Hall, Theren jumped to the ethereal plane and followed them in.   Date: 29th to 30th of Disiga, 1437 DC
