Annastasia

Annastasia, known to her friends as “Stay”, is a rare kind of Tiefling, a Sea Tiefling. She grew up in Astapharia, where she was friends with Riley St.Claire. She and Lee regularily hung out by the harbor, rather then Lee attending school. Stay used illusions to disguise herself as a mousy brown haired, tan skinned, Human girl; so she could move around freely. About a year after Lee and Rhy ran away from their family, she took it upon herself to get a little revenge, breaking into their parents store, stealing expensive dresses and plenty of gold. Much of the gold she stole was from the twins' fathers coin collection.   Stay ran away from Astapharia herself, not long after her cat burgalry. She began traveling, picking up lone travlers with useful skills for extended periods of time. She eventually found herself worshiping the deified sea monster Grestien.   After many years she and her current party, Silver Current (an Elven worshipper of Melora and a violent and angry Kobold), met the Realm Walkers in Snowbright during the Sunrise Tournament. Her party lost in the finals but they spent time together over the next few days. They attended an auction at the Ridar Auction House together, where she was after an ornate card she beleieve to be a relic of Grestien. The card identified as "Rise" and the Realm Walkers gifted it to Stay in exchange for the explanation of how the twins' father's coins got into her possession.   Stay headed south and started to find or imagine more about Grestien and the rituals around her worship. Stay found and co-opted a seamonster worshipping cult and had made herself into something between a priestess and a prophet. What Stay did not realize was the cult, and now she as well, were not just worshiping seamonster but one specific and powerful sea monster, Gurrumund. The cult perfomred rituals off the coast of Fleatsprot where the Realm Walkers once again met Stay. Members of her cult had saved Tholly and Cassiopia when the Realmwalkers and Crew of the Gold Favour were dropped in the ocean by Rasephar, Archfey of Soot.   Some time after Gurrumund became Stay's Patron, though she beleive her patron is Grestien. Now that she had gained the atention of her God, Stay abandoned her follower returning to adventuring and carrying out tasks for "Grestien". She has recently found herself in the company of Abigail, working as her research aid.
