Creation of the Outlands

The Outlands were founded as a better way to organize the various Outlander tribes that lived on the edges of the Elven Forest. These Emerald Elves were united by their need to serve as protectors and stewards of the forest as well as their lifestyles that were very different from the Jade Elves of the capital and interior.
