The psi-academy opening was not without its critics, the most vocal of them was a pirate radio broadcast, ironically named, Rebel Radio.    The transmissions were scattered, staying on the air just long enough to deliver choice messages about colony administration, and about the looming dangers of harboring MES users so close to the population center. Despite the strong academy showing, many simply did not understand MES, and still held psychics responsible for The Scream.   Desmond O'Shea, Kaleb, and others from the marshal service, along with military surveillance triangulated the signals to a neighborhood near the factory district, where street toughs were waiting to keep them out. Desmond began making an inroad with one, before a sniper shot ended the would-be helpful thug.   The remaining gangers fled, and the shooter almost escaped, but a well executed tackle from Kaleb brought the fleeing Remnant infiltrator down. A search of the third story sniper hide revealed radio equipment with pre-recorded anti psi messages, plans for bombings at admin, the psi academy, and other important colonial facilities, and a patch, showing insignia from the Remnant Office of Naval Intelligence.
