Agaspur's horrors are revealed.

Agaspur was a world locked in the grips of a maltech experiment, ending in the grips of an awakened parasite host obsessed with making perfect vat born undead slaves.    Living humans on the planet believed they were serving the will of their governor, though information obtained during the final assault on his palace revealed he was being puppeted by the alien intelligence. A digging operation meant to uncover pre-tech artifacts- to give the world a chance after The Scream, revealed a black codex, and the egg of something far more insidious.   Cayne and Ricardo approached the world first, defending against endless waves of zombie assaults on Northern Freehold. Their governor Anita and her citizen militia joined them, holding out for 3 days of battle before an evacuation ship and reinforcements under Cyrus Adonis arrived. Astonishingly, some soldiers during the final assault were living humans, using vehicles and heavy weapons beyond what the zombies could learn to use.   Cayne returned home with the evacuees, and along with Dax, re-armed, and returned, destroying two anti-air firebases, and finally leveraging that hole to launch a direct assault against the city. The action was bloody, nearly every winter wolf losing their life against the wurm god, revealed in its full undead glory.   After the battle, the cloning facilities were destroyed, along with the black codex, and everything possible burned, so no one could repeat the same sins.
