Another Stellar Polity is discovered.

Exploring northeast, Al-Wayid was quickly discovered, claimed by another group that also survived The Scream .   A neo-Victorian like group, their ships represent age of sail ships of the line in space. On the planet below, General Quince recently confided in a Greystar operative, Kensh, and the follow-on United Nation of Worlds delegation that his children had been kidnapped by the Tenebrian Remnant.   They were to be held as political hostages unless the New Moon Cooperative declared war on the UNW, and its allies. General Quince also reported that the NMC had hired Malak-Al Muta, not knowing his crimes. He was to set up a forward base on Maintaine, to begin massing war material against The Fleshshapers. Cyrus offered to take the bounty, in exchange for a favorable trade vote.   In a daring rescue, aided by agents Raen and Blackwood, Kensh rescued the children from a fortress on Creusa, and escaped on the Greystar free merchant, culminating in a one-in-a-million grav tether shot to rescue an operative ejected into space.   The children now safe at home, trade has been opened with the UNW.
