  The Wafisa system has a red star at its center with several million years of life left within its diminished core. The system is warmed by the amber light and consists of a molten planet in a close orbit, an inhabitable planet, and a gas giant ringed by an asteroid field made of rock and chunks of ice.   A failed colony exists on the surface of the inhabitable planet. A communications buoy in the system indicates the planet is quarantined by a now extinct Tenebrian Empire due to invasive creatures on the surface that multiply beyond all tried containment measures. Scans indicate the planet is incredibly mineral rich and has many natural sites where heavy industry can be easily established. The regions of the planet are littered with overrun mining projects.
