  The system of Usrixeesma is centered around a bright yellow sun. It contains a gas giant with a barren moon, and a planet in the habitable zone. This world has been devastated by a series of powerful fusion busting weapons. Dating on the radiation has the explosions occurring shortly after The Scream.  A small Perimeter Agency outpost is the only standing structure left on this lifeless world. Every population center has been destroyed, the rivers have been poisoned, and the forests are now places where rad changed monsters haunt the footsteps of anyone unlucky enough to still be alive on this world.    Life is guttering out on this planet, and soon it will be entirely silent.   In September 2669 the Inheritor Alliance incorporated the planet into its own administrative claims, and is working to try to coordinate disaster response with whoever might be left here.
