- Bottom Feeder
- Schooling Fish
- Common to shallow inland waters of Thea
The Tuttlefish is named after the first person to discover on, Rogan Tuttle. This fish is found on Thea, and has adapted to its bototm feeding conditions by growths on the scales that mimic the sea grasses and algae colonies of the bottom of the freshwater systems they inhabit. Moving slowly, they blend in with their surroundings expertly.
The Tuttlefish swims in schools, feeding on the underwater vegetation in an area before moving on to new feeding grounds. They seem to instinctively know to leave enough behind so plant growth can return to an area.
