  The system of Tece is dominated by a massive dark world and a luminous but barren moon.   Tece is not a true night world , the sun only shines on it for between three and five hours a day. The world is bathed in neon glow, spotlights and the ever percussive beat of club techno music. Crime and rumors of strange things that haunt the night are as abundant as bodies found when the brief sunlight rays bathe the street. House Oniferos has made itself known to several groups of interstellar adventures as the planet's legal and ruling authority. This contention has not been seriously contested by any of the other influential figures within the city.    The star system has an icy planet neat the system edge, and a mid system asteroid belt ringing another frosted world covered in methane seas.  

Neo Night City

Neo Night City is the largest urban center on the planet. Skyscrapers rise tens of thousands of meters into the sky, lended their impressive statures by lost pretech construction methods. Tens of thousands of people are born, live, work and die inside these megabuildings and most people on this planet spend their lives within the same square kilometer of space, rarely venturing outside the megabuilding they call home.   Dense suburbs and countryside estates belonging to the ruling families of the planet surround this city. The glow of sky reaching holographic advertisements blots out the stars and view of the sky within tens of kilometers of the urban sprawl. Steady lines of both grav and ground vehicles traverse the seas and the skies and the lander is one of much sky traffic heading down to the planet's surface.   The starport consists of a large industrial area, paved and striped for landing pads, runways, taxiways and hangars. Little cargo is exported from the planet and the warehouses built on site linger and remain dark.
