  Radji is a planet that only recently has adopted the use of the Exchange of Light credit once again. This world was visited several times by Elysium Protectorate personnel, and has become amenable to open trade.   A rebellion in its polar zone has drawn the attention of not just the world government, but also House Draconis and its legion of mechs.   It is thought that once this rebellion is ended, the planet will petition for formal membership in the protectorate.   The world was later inducted in late 2667 as the third planet of the Elysium Protectorate, though little is still known by the higher ups of the cities or its people aside from the constant struggle for resources on the ground.   Efforts to make the planet safe begain in earnest in mid 2669 as the Elysium Protectorate saw problems its much larger neighbors were having with their own worlds. By January 2670, the heads of the leading crime families had been killed or arrested after a bounty hunter named Aruke built a substantial case against them, and then acted.   The planet reached Tech Level 4 in January 2670 after General Teucer brought information from a looted Preceotor Archive to the world, allowing it to regain its former place as a developing, modern, industrial world.
