Acting Regent of the Elysium Protectorate, he is described as painfully average, and has been content to rule from the background.
Thus far he has shown some concern for the long term security of his position and is hoping to hang on to it once the current troubles on Mytikas are done. He has gone out of his way to only indirectly support independence movements favoring the Protectorate in surrounding villages, cities, and planets.
