Pearl Sarya

Biography: Born of noble decent on a neo-monarchistic planet, Pearl was conceived within the Tenebrian Remnant with the purpose to become a heiress of her family name. As such, compared to her planet's working class who would farm and mine for resources among other manual labor, Pearl was raised in a peerless environment, provided lavish accommodations and luxuries from birth. Aging out of a toddler, she was assigned tutors by her guardians to provide routine homeschooling and, once Pearl was old enough to comprehend it, lessons regarding how to manage estates and family businesses. She, however, often showed disinterest in academics and official business, preferring to play in her younger years and desiring adventurous activity in her older years. Pearl would often talk her way out of her studies, to the dismay of her parents as she'd continue handicapping her capability to take over their property as an adult. Adding further to their disappointment, Pearl became aliment on being a space pirate instead, wishing to explore the deep unknown. The logic behind specifically being a pirate is that she wishes to.    Pearl Sarya found her way to the Elysium Protectorate where she worked as a member of a green-water patrol boat crew for several sorties into the Garden of Bones, both before and after it became a wasteland. She recovered many relics from the wrecks of ships there, and gained popularity among other sailors in her squadron.    Her political acumen was noticed and she was later moved from the naval service to the diplomatic corps. Wasting no time, she was able to crack the secretive city of Chiron and was even trusted enough to see the L-gate they unearthed below their city. Traveling through it, she was the first of the Protectorate to set foot on the world behind claimed by The Weeping Company. She would return with this information and Chiron would be a tentative member of the Protectorate in exchange for keeping knowledge of the gate hidden.    The Brotherhood of Fenris assaulted Mytikas shortly after her debriefing from this mission, and along with a friend named Andra, she took command of the sole Heavy Frigate in service to the Protectorate and set off to find their homeworld for retribution. Along with Dr. Thorn, on loan from the Sovereign Colonies Armed Forces, they explored several worlds surrounding Heras in their hunt before finding their homeworld on Savita and ultimately falling to a coordinated Brotherhood ambush.    Lifeboats made it to the surface and survivors were later picked up during a combined Greystar- United Nations of Worlds assault on the world, though sadly Captain Sarya was not among the survivors.
