This system was a graveyard world.   A fleet was shrouded against an ion storm, and a planet is veiled here in nebula so thick it is entirely black, seen only in flashes of solar lightning backlighting it. The fleet was massive, containing Slyth vessels as dark as the planet behind them. There are no lights on inside any of them, and there were no scanner returns as crews on them attempted to scan incoming vessels.   Everything remained inert, and very dead.   As of May 2668, the dead fleet was scavenged by a combined CBSS, Phemno Mining Guild, Greystar Confederation, and Void Wardens effort. No ships remain in system aside from those too damaged to even be practical for the expensive process of ship breaking.   The planet remained dark, and unexplored until July 2668 when a CBSS exploration team under Shazi, the Thousand Faces of Death began to map the surface. Their efforts focused around a crashed cruiser and the Perpetuity reactor in the middle of the planet. The expedition was not equipped for in depth scientific investigation, so aside from clearing hazards around the sites and preliminary observation, the planet's secrets remain its own.   Vitriol Agathon later returned to the plant and conducted a more in depth survey of the scientific sites here, but at the current level of galactic technology, aside from exploring the actual ruins themselves the expeditions were not able to harness any benefit from the precursor sites here.   In an expedition that lasted from January 2670 to March 2670, Dimitri the "Man of Soviet Steel" of the CBSS delved into the mysteries of the crashed Slyth cruiser with the help of a small group of specialists. Several important files on Slyth battlefleet tactics, Slyth weapons, and insight into advanced shipbuilding designs were obtained as a result of the perilous scouring of the wreck. With everything of value carried away, the site has been slated for salvage.
