  The Hiphu system contains a blue star at the system heart. The planet consists of a single celestial body in the form of a gas giant with a moon made of ice. Several small system ships make their journeys from the moon to the gas giant where several cities on ancient pretech gravitic suspensors drift and float across the surface of the giant.   The gas giant is massive and tens of thousands of kilometers might separate one city from another. Flocks of flyers move between the various floating cities on the surface and between satellite mining stations also floating on the surface of the gas giant. Gas products. machine parts, liquid water, and other commodities flow between the various settlements in a complex web of trade.   The system is defended by a defense fleet . This fleet consists of TL3 ships pressed into service to defend the planet, they are numerous but outdated by modern standards.
