Harkoni
Jaxton Ryder met Harkoni on a scouting mission, a dour and fervent man, he was unwilling to discuss anything more than a trade deal allowing his faction-mates to escape unharmed. Ruled by a chief, formerly the crew chief of the colony ship, they exist in an insular and highly xenophoblic society, believing themselves enlightened and kissed by holy fires.
Harkoni's family and their questionable loyalty to Masquerade policies was later sniffed out by the chief. His son was hung in punishment, and was the push needed for Samuel Kellvan and his SPG teams to move in and begin efforts to bring the Masquerade to heel. He now spends most of his time moping in administration, a traitor to his brothers, and a failed father to his son.
Convinced by Samuel Kellevan not to let the sacrifice of the Greenbriar special forces involved in his rescue be in vain, Harkoni has formed an efficient and well led public works department, seeking to improve the colony via a number of public access projects.
He is currently a candidate for the first ever United Nations of Worlds presidential election. In December 2667 he was declared the winner, and currently awaits his inauguration.
