Drunkpods
Preferred Climate: Tropical
Drunkpods are the somewhat crude local name given to the above water floral blooms most common to the planet. The plants grow up to four feet in height before producing a bulbous head, the size of an earth American football.
Mature pods are harvested by the natives, smashed, and the entire fruit slush distilled in clean water, filtered a month later, for a crisp and smooth alcoholic beverage. No two batches are exactly ever the same but all taste like splashes of various classical tropical fruits.
