Hundreds of Thousands of Inhabitants

The Crinibi has a red dwarf star at the heart of the system. This star is orbited by a barren world , an inhabited temperate world, and a gas giant at the edge of the system. None of the worlds have moons. A primitive space station of human manufacture orbits the inhabited planet. There are no system ships inhabiting the system, nor do the locals appear to have a way to contact anything from space. Civilization thrives in three major cities in different regions of the planet, each supported by a small spiderweb of smaller farming downs and manufacturing complexes. Intercepted transmissions from the planet indicate the three cities are each city-states, acting independently of one another.
