  A small green zone is emerging around Halcyon, the last city on this planet. The natives have resolved to remain free of influence, from all of the neighboring polities. There is a reported incidence of the natives stringing up a pair of Brotherhood of Fenris sunblades, caught trying to create disturbances on the planet.   The Exchange of Light once served as the largest, most trusted banking and diplomatic service in human space. Even after the Silence, some worlds retain a functioning Exchange Consulate where banking services and arbitration can be arranged. The outpost here was looted by Cayne Neverwinter and Hailey Clements, though the personal effects inside were returned to their rightful owners if possible.   Since driving off the Brotherhood of Fenris with a bit of United Nations of Worlds assistance, the natives of this planet have remained independent of any polity. Little contact has been had with the inhabited city of Halcyon, and most attention given to this world has been lone notable figures scavenging ruins for any scrap of advantage to bring back to their parent polities.   There are also several sites of interest on this planet   Comet Trail Labs- A society of light-shunning abhumans dwells in the ruins of Comet Trail Labs. Strange, and possibly this way even before The Scream, they worship the scientific equipment as divine instruments. Their leaders possess enough knowledge to manipulate the endlessly powerful data stacks here, and are willing to trade some of their knowledge, for knowledge from outside. There is an informal agreement between the polities to leave these natives alone and not interfere with their way of life due to the valuable service they provide.   Abandoned Military Base-   A dormant VI named Ande was found here along with a small cache of heavy weapons and leftover military gear. The base has no food in storage, and local water supplies have been tainted with the radiation that scars most of the rest of the world. The authorities in Halcyon city are debating re-occupying the base now that it has been scouted, and the dangers cleared. Ande was recovered by United Nations of Worlds agent Venser Reach and after becoming his traveling companion, eventually left to join the religious order of the Imago Dei of the Exalted Path.   Iyonglow Labs- A large research facility looking into rocketry, fuels, and other starship sciences. Only 10 percent of the facility has ever been mapped or explored.
