Chief Varl the Unbroken of the Gudrun Piggen
Leader of the Desert Piggen, his confederation of tribes is currently at war with the Helldivers.
He has welcomed Greenbriar as trusted friends, and has arranged several trade deals with the colony.
In mid 2666, Greenbriar flew to the aid of his city, Delphos, when it became clear the robots were no longer going to hold to their policy of mutual indifference.
Varl was killed after spitting on Kingbreaker, following negotiations all knew the Piggen would refuse. His death began the Battle of Delphos, the first major Greenbriar combat action on planet.
