Arcane Resonator

Arcane Resonators are technologies used by the Inheritor Alliance to stabilize the metaspace currents that surround and permeate their planet. Most of the post-Scream research was conducted by Orion Oksana and Dr. Jasper Artemis, both at great personal risk.    Their findings concluded that Metaspace works on a harmonic scale, like tuning a radio, or trying to find places in a broadcast to get your own signal in.    When a resonator is in use, a frequency will need to be dialed in . Breaches work on different metaspace frequencies and like a magnet with the same polarity the resonator deploys set to tune in to what that local metaspace frequency is. Where the harmonics align, the resonator will be able to keep the breach back from a wide area- ensuring the town it is based in and immediate several kilometers of countyside are safe to travel.    It is thought that the resonators might share some properties with spike drive technology, but further applications or studies have been deemed a dead end for the moment.
