  Amphe is a system where a stellar calamity has robbed it of most traditional forms of complex life. A yellow sun warms a world that has been bathed in an ancient weapon called a Star Poison. A spreading asteroid field tumbles across space forming a ring around the sun, relegating it from the rest of the system with a field of astral body debris.    The planet's inhabitants were killed as their atmosphere became poisonous to breathe in. No filtration methods seemed to be able to save any pockets of civilization from the calamity here.   A gas giant with four moons and a barren world also inhabit this system.    The wreck of a Tenebrian Empire shipyard drifts among the asteroids though collisions it can no longer avoid have damaged much of its superstructure and rendered it unsalvageable.
