Aliah Rift Pitcher

The Aliah rift pitcher plant was first discovered while adventuring in the Aliah rift by a UNW aligned exploration team. A pair of Jademane scouts named Syringa and Iris, accompanied by a Zadak hunter named Nazarene, and the UNW human hero Hailey Clements first discovered this floating variety of pitcher plant in the untouched alien jungles of the realm beyond the metaspace rift on Aliah's surface. The pitcher plant has anti gravitic properties and acts as though buoyant when force is applied to it. The harder one pushes down on the plant, the harder it fights to return to its premeditated altitude. Vines and roots trail from the rift pitcher, collecting nutrition and moiusture on the plant's endless migrations through the alien jungle constantly in search of light, water, and whatever nutrients it can gain from passing its roots over the ground. In sun lit clearings it is not uncommon for hundreds of these plants to gather.   The first sample of one of these plants was brought back into UNW scientific hands at the conclusion of the expedition, and little more has been discovered about it.
