  Actaia is a system of twin ocean worlds, surrounding a trinary star system at the center. Each world has a thick ring of ice, asteroids, and other stellar debris, forming brilliant Saturn like rings around them.   Actaia II looks to have life on its surface, where 1 has nothing but local flora and fauna on initial scans.   A downed carrier wreck in a valley on the second planet is something of a site of interest   Actais has recently become a SCAF hold-fast, and was the place where the Black Masque was found and donned by Silvano Mazzio. He now remains in a former Slyth/Tenebrian Empire digsite there and psychically created defense systems against all manner of foes rise by the day.    The surface of the world is undergoing drastic change as farms, factories, fisheries, shipyards, and defense networks grow. Currently there are only a handful of people living there alongside legions of autonomous workers. Mazzio hopes that once construction is complete it will become the new capital of the Sovereign Colonies.
